The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed the petition challenging the grant of environmental clearance to the Kaleshwaram project. The project was initiated with the purpose of providing irrigation and drinking water in Telangana. The petition was filed in the Supreme Court challenging the granting of environmental permits. Minister Harish Rao was present at the Supreme Court during the trial. Speaking to Harish Rao after the verdict, the Supreme Court has dismissed Congress's attempts at the Kaleshvaram project. The verdict was expressed by Telangana farmers.

Telangana Minister Harish Rao said Congress leaders should be taken into consideration in the Kaleshwaram project. The Congress has made several attempts to stop the project and has committed nearly 100 cases. Harish said that the name of the fried leader will soon be revealed. He said Congress leaders should get more sense. The Supreme Court ruled that Telangana, farmers and justice have won justice.
