The Krishna Board has decided to allocate 24 TMCs for Telangana and 9 TMCs for AP. now 33 TMCs water available in Krishna.. The committee convened in Jalasoudha in the background of Krishna water dispute near Nagarjuna Sagar. Telangana has ruined the attempts of the AP Nagarjuna sagar to move water from below the water level, which has already been used by Krishna water beyond its stake.

TSP has made it clear that won't harm to the interests of Telangana people ,for the interests of AP.Since March 20, two states have agreed to have Sagar level 520 feet. At the end of March, 515 feet of water was settled. The Krishna Board has decided to issue the order again for the drinking water needs of the two states. Telangana recalled that if the Sagar water level was reduced, it was difficult for the drinking water needs of Telangana people last year. TS has demanded the release of Srisailam water from this situation without any delay. TSU officials said Telangana needs 46 TMC till August. Telangana also explained that Rabi crop is now required to provide irrigation water.
