There are contradictions on the city's two huge projects. Building bypass road? Or flay over constructions ..? It is not floating. District officials and National Highways Authority have heard different arguments in this regard. On the one hand the district administration is making proposals for long breaks and on the other hand to make NHAI tender for bypass road construction. The center has to fund these two projects.Vijayawada ORR's Bypass story reached Kanchi. The contract company has to be constructed under BOT. The National Highways Authority canceled a contract with the arms lifting of their hands. It has decided to replace the EPC tenders. The administration has to get permission from the Union Ministry of Transport. The company is currently under the EPC to fund with the lack of firms under BOT. This is not possible.Gaman India has achieved this project in BOT mode in 2012 itself. The objective of the project is to expand expansion works from Kaza tollgate to West Godavari district. The total cost of construction is Rs 1680 crores. The Vijayawada Outer Ring Road was passed from Gollapudi to Avutapalli. Guntur district comes from Kaja junction to Tadepalli, coming to Gollapudi via Venkatapalem. The bridge has to be built on the Krishna Nadhi of 3.2 km. The road is up to 103 km from the Kaza to the shovel. 6.72 km bypass to the taille from the valley. The idea is to set up a toll plaza at Vijayawada Outer. The whole project is identified as a requirement of 1100 acres of land. The NHAI officials announced that the contract was canceled in July due to lack of work. Presently, the EPC is expected to be undertaken. At present, an Inner Ring Road and an Outer Ring Road will be constructed under CRDA. If this is done, there is no need for Vijayawada Bypass. I do not think there is any idea to build this. By now the Bypass road construction is expected to be connected to Kanchi.Officials have sent proposals to the state government to build long fly overs to meet the success of Vijayawada traffic. At present, the Kanakadurga flyover, the Benji circle fly over construction. There is a proposal from the past to extend the Benji circle fly over to Ramavarappadu. The center rejected it. Ramesh was later extended to the hospital. It is expected that this will not benefit much.

Proposal to construct two fly-overs on road and Eluru road. These proposals have blossomed recently. This is going to be higher than the road expansion. From Eluru Road to Nizamamunaru to Benji Circle. Approximately 6 kilometers proposed. Now the proposed construction of the construction is to be extended up to Nizamani. It is estimated to be around Rs 600 crore. These are trying to get out of the center. Without any land acquisition, exercisers are expected to construct highways without repayment. The road expansion is expected to cost around Rs 1,600 crore. .Another flyover from the Benji circle to Kanuru (100 feet road to the street) is proposed. Now the road is stretched to the road. This is a proposal to fly up to Kanuru in the city limits. It is estimated to be around Rs.400 crore for nearly 4 kilometers.
