As part of NTR's medical care, the state government has to do free tests undergo 27 different types of blood tests, telemedicine and teleradiology examinations in all government departments.This contract was acquired by Medal, a Chennai-based company across the state.They were given contracts to some sub franchises in the district. Medall decided on a monthly basis. The average daily OP is from 60 to 100 in the PHC. There are only ten people who have actually come to the blood tests.Doctors recommend 30 of 40 patients for tests.These include the Lab technician's blood from the Medal Center. Some doctors are advised to carry out ten different types of tests, even if the patient does not need it.The lab technicians who came from Medal Center will collect the blood from the patients.Each Test is 230 they will show total Rs.2,300 for ten Tests. The government should pay the subscription levied franchise. Over 40 percent of the doctors have been commissioned for the total tests in the month. The remaining 9 tests have not been spent as the required Test and mailing negative negative reports to the rest. The allegations that franchisees and Medical Officers are spoiled by the government treasury are worth the money. 25 crore franchisees are to be paid. For patients with 94 PHCs, 18 Area Hospitals and 10 Community Health Centers, the required blood test should be sent to sub-contracted labs within the Medall Organization .10 Labs have been set up in addition to the PHCs, Area Hospital and CHC.
