State chief secretary Dr S.K joshi ordered the officials to take all the measures for no difficulties to the people, who came to attend the free Fish medicine program which is going to held at Nampally exhibition on june 8.The C.S coordination meeting was held with officers of various departments on fish delivery services in the Secretariat on Saturday. In this context, C.S said that the people who come to fish should have no difficulty arrangements to make arrangements at full level. Apart from the city for fish prawns, people from other districts and even from other states will have a large scale, all the officials of the department should coordinate and organize the arrangements. Officials explained to the C.S that the RTC buses would be run exclusively for people coming from districts and other states. Department officials said that the fish from the fisheries department will be provided to the fish for the fish. He added that a large number of counters should be set up for people coming for fish farming. He suggested police officers to make prior plans without generating traffic problems.
ARRANGEMENTS TO FISH MEDICINE
Those who are coming for fishing will be required to arrange cruise shifts to queues and order the C.S officers to provide water and weather drugs along with the necessary changes in terms of last year's experiences. People need to have C.S that are needed to keep track of the people from time to time without discomfort. Drinking water problem should not be produced but supplied by waterworks to supply fresh water. The Exhibition Grounds ordered the GHMC officials to monitor the sanitation tasks from time to time in the surrounding areas. Mobile toilets should be set up at Exhibition Grounds as per the needs of the people.Health camps should also be set up to ensure that ambulances are available for medical care to people coming for fishing. Fire tenders are to be set up under the fire department. The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Adhar Sinha, Fisheries Commissioner Suvarna, Hyderabad District Collector Yogitha Rana, City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar, Fire Services DGP Gopi Krishna, GHMC Additional Commissioner Bharti Hokelyeri, Battina Harinath Goud and other officials.
