The Telangana Kumbh Mela was started as a spectacular spectacle. On Wednesday, the women were shifted to Sammakha-Salaalamma cadre cleaning program. The priests and women from Kannapalli went to the procession with rituals, and came to the cadre with the most passionate, traditions and rituals. Thousands of pilgrims are coming from Tamil Nadu and other states as well. The government has provided all facilities for the devotees without any trouble.
However, police failed to provide parking space for buses and private vehicles. Wednesday was a traffic jam in the Madameam Madaram route. RTC buses and private vehicles have been unable to reach the middle of the night. It takes hours to get to the jeep and the caddy. So the devotees will have to struggle to get rid of moksha.
Two pilgrims from Chevitigudem were killed in road accident on Ashwapuram Mandal in Bhadrachri district of Bodhadri. Auto driver D.Ajayya and his son Navin Auto were on their way to Jawaharlal in the middle of Thadwai-Pusa in front of the National Highway, colliding with the lorry. Anjhiya and Naveen were killed on the spot. Four others were injured in the accident.
