The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken another step towards the Punjab National Bank scam. attached the 21 assets worth Rs 523 crore from the Nirav Modi assets. The ED said that the provisional orders were issued on the property attachment under the Money Lending Prevention Act. a Penthouse worth Rs.81.16 crore and a flat worth Rs 15.45 crore in the Marine Mahal apartments in Worli were seized.ED said"In accordance with the provisions, we have attached 21 fixed assets belonging to Modi.Their market worth is Rs 523.72 crore.There are 6 residential complexes, ten offices, two flats in Pune, one solar power plant, a farmhouse in Alibaug and 135 acres in Karjat in Ahmednagar district, ". Eid was confiscated earlier precious gems, diamonds, jewelry, shares, bank accounts and luxury cars. The Alibaug Farmhouse, where it is worth Rs 42.70 crore, is 53 acres of solar power plant worth Rs 70 crore. Two offices worth Rs 80 crore. Nirav assets worth Rs 6,393 crore have been attached to the assets of Eid with the latest attachments.
