Adilabad, April 19, (way2newstv.com):
Houseless poor people have been waiting for a double bed house given by the state government for some time. The government has not yet been able to go beyond the basic stages of this scheme. The poor who are expected to live in double-bed homes are worried about the stagnation of their marathas as stupid. Now those applications are in revenue and municipal offices. In some places these disappearances have disappeared. However, the choice of beneficiaries, however, has not yet begun the selection process of these beneficiaries. Land acquisition has not started in many places in the construction of these houses. The absence of government land is due to the high cost of private land acquisition. The government has also noticed that the cost of construction of double bedroom houses has not come up with a single contract for constructing houses. The cost of construction of the building is less than the construction cost of construction.
THE POOR PEOPLE LOOKING FORWARD FOR HOUSES
The government regulates the contract as well as the contractor. Private licensed surveyors also announced that they would be given jobs if they come forward to build homes. Even though the tender for four or five times is called, there is no response from the contractors. The state ministers of Nagapur in Tansi district, along with the Adilabad district headquarters, have set up only a few double bedroom houses in Errapelli village in Nirmal district. The village of Errapelli is the home of the state housing minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy. Because of this, he started taking a few houses and constructed the house. But there are doubts about the construction of double bedroom houses in places like Adilabad, Bainsa, Nirmal and Khanpur. Neither the land acquisition nor the tenders' process has been completed so far as the scheme is implemented.
