The 271 projects have to complete by 31 March 2017, none of them are completed. Estimates have been raised to 28,000 crore. The AP Chief Accountant General (Audit) El Tawangwag said that the cost of the project is not to be completed in a timely manner. On Friday, As of March 2017, 110 crores have been left out due to the delay in completing schemes and the said schemes have not started. The DPRs have not begun the basic tasks and the state government has not been able to use 455 crore central assistance. Though the works are completed, the state government has not started 7 schemes. The other 7 schemes have stopped in the middle and the result is 491 crores.

He said the government had increased the cost of 27 to 50 per cent. The academic institution is worse in public schools. Teaching education has no supervision. Most of the sixth grade children are not reading and are unable to write. He said 76,000 debt arrears would be completed by March 31, 2017.
