Khammam, May 26 (way2newstv.com):
The shortage of MEOs in education in Khammam, Bhadradri and Newguddam districts. As a result, supervision in public schools in both districts has become questionable. The government is allocating Rs one crore per year to strengthen school education. Special plans are being developed according to the new education system. But Nathudhee, who was overseeing them at the field level, was exacerbated. The number of students enrolled in public schools is increasing in comparison with the past, but the education sector has not taken any steps towards school progress.Without reconciliation of the Mandal Education Officers (MEO) posts in both districts, the education system has become unsustainable. This impact was also on the results of the Class-XII examination of the 2017-18 academic year. In comparison with the past year, Khammam and Bhadrachalam have been worrying students and their parents as the tenth class passing percentage in the new district of New Delhi. Last year, Khammam district was in the 13th place in the state of the 10 exams and dropped to 20th position this year. Bhadradri is the newest district in the country at 21st this year, while it is at 29th position. In the post vacant posts for unified service norms, senior schools have been entrusted with the responsibility of appointing officers as MEOs. As a result, Injection Mews can not do justice to Jodi positions. The new academic year will start from July 1. In this backdrop, the school management programs in both districts have fallen out of government education programs.
WHERE ARE THE MEOs
Of the 44 districts in the two districts, only three of them are regular regular MEOs. In the Khammam district, there are three Regular Mewones for 21 Mandalas. There is no regular Mewo in the Mandal district in Bhadradri new district. There are 2,193 basic, 601 primary and 751 high schools in both districts. About 3.23 lakh students are studying in these schools. The teachers working in public schools, students studying, and midday meals are always required to monitor daily MEOs. But only 44 of the 44 districts in both districts have only permanent MWs. In the remaining 41 mandals, the Injection is being run with MEOs. Additional Chief Executive Officers of high schools working in the respective zones were assigned additional responsibilities as MEO. Three permanent MEs in both districts are functioning in Sathupalli, Khammam Urban and Karepalli Mandalas. The promotion process has been suspended since 2012 in the education department. This has resulted in poor performance of schools. The DIVA, which is supervised by high schools, is equipped with the MEW posts to monitor basic and primary schools. Every incharge MEO who has been the headmaster of the Midday Meal Scheme has been supervising 30 to 50 schools in addition to his school. These schemes will have to send reports of tens of thousands of reports, including student progress reports, textbooks supply, toilet construction, volunteer and additional rooms structure. The two responsibilities in these situations have become a burden on the heads of education, but the education department does not take action to solve the problem.
MEOWs have to take special care to check schools to ensure quality education for children by raising educational standards in schools. MEOs should provide appropriate guidelines for improving teaching capabilities in teachers. The posts were handed over to the MEOs after two years of government vice-academic posts in voyage. Participation in Government and Private Schools Monitoring, Teacher Salaries, Records, Mid-day Meal Scheme, Registry Management, Chailinfo, U-Dais, New CCE, Management of Secondary Education Examinations, Government programs such as Swarna Bharat, Greening, Mandal Parishad Sessions and Mandal Development Plans District level DEC Wow, the Collector's reviewing session, such as the non-leisure activities, are made up of the sword on the knife.
