Congress MLA Pratap Dudhat was attacked with a microphone on BJP MLA. Speaker Rajendra Trivedi suspended his suspension till the end of the Assembly term. The Congress MLA from Azamgarh Vikram Madam tried to raise the point of order and did not give him a chance. Vikram has repeatedly tried to give him the opportunity to speak. But the speaker gave him a chance to get another Congress MLA, Shailesh Parham. Vikram was agitated. She was sitting in the seat to allow Parram to question Vikram. But the speaker did not give a chance to talk to Vikram. Two MLAs of the Congress party, Vermi Tummar and Amrish Dare Velu, protested against the speaker. Amrish spoke to the Speaker not to give him a chance to speak. When he spoke, the Speaker was questioned with a strong voice, but the speaker warned him not to speak in the House. The speaker sent them out of the assembly for one day and sent them out of the Assembly. Congress MLA Pratap Dutta was angry with him. BJP MLA Nikolaj Jagdish was attacked on the panchal after losing a microphone from another member. Assembly sirges were immediately alerted and Pratap was taken out of the assembly. But Pratap came in from the other gate and attacked Panchal from behind. The BJP MLAs attacked Congress MLA, who broke into colleagues. Pratap was trampled on the ground. BJP MLAs blamed him.
