Former MP Madhu yashki, who is already active in the AICC, is reported to have a key role in the party. The AICC secretary, Ashish, will be promoted to the PCC. He is likely to be appointed as the national general secretary of the party. Rahul is looking forward to send signals to BCs by giving this status to senior party leaders. If Ashish is not promoted, he is likely to be appointed chairman of the state election campaign committee. If promoted, the Commitment Committee's responsibilities will be handed over to another senior leader of the BSc community. Senior Congress leader Jaipal Reddy has been named in the Congress Working Committee.
