There are criticisms that the government's goal of fulfilling the dream of own house to the poor is in Vizianagaram. Many beneficiaries say that the government is not giving enough money to the poor in the field. Approximately 1.80 lakh houses have been applying for the district, while the government has so far provided only about 40,000 houses in various schemes. ARE THE HOMES ONLY FOR SOME PEOPLE ?
The NTR Urban Housing has been granted 7,000 homes but the constructions are still under control. In fact, around 1.80 lakh people have been applying for the housing scheme through birth and grievances across the district. Some of the beneficiaries claim that the government has granted them home. Many poor applications have not been sanctioned. There are criticisms that the home ministry officials are telling the poor to take the applications only through the recommendations of the ZPTCs and MPPs. Hence, the government reacted to this and demanded that all poor families be eligible for grants and timely bills.
