Onion prices ,are decline on Wednesday, which are tears up to the customers over the last few months . wholesale price as 3 Rs, and retailer price is 7 rs.Market sources said this year this is the minimum price. the new onion crop is heavily imported into the Malakpet market so the price is decreased.new onion are being imported by the bulk of the amount from Tandoor, Medak, Mahabubnagar, Ranga Reddy and Karnataka Taka and Maharashtra .This has led to a decline in prices. Almost a thousand tonnes of onions are being imported from Malakpet market from other states, not just from different districts of the state.

Currently, the Malakpet Wholesale Market has grown from the states of Medak, Tandur, Mahabubnagar, Kurnool, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Gujarat. Thus, the kilo was at Rs 3 per kilo. Weekly ten days ago, Quince's on the wholesale market was Rs.800-1000. This is the price of Rs 15- 20 per kilo in retail market. With the new crop coming up, prices have fallen sharply. The first quality onion is Rs 7 per kg and the middle class is Rs 5. On the retail market, the prices of common onion have fallen.
