The Madras High Court has directed the spiritual guru Nityanandan to be arrested. Justice R. Madhavan was angry that Nithyananda tried to misinform the court with false information.
Spiritual gurus are not older than the law. Nithyananda was arrested on Wednesday and the court ordered the court to introduce him in the courtroom. On the other hand, the judge was angered by Nithyananda's disciple of bringing the mobile phone to the court hall and sending the SMS from the hall.
The police have ordered the possession of the mobile phone from the person. The court has suggested registration of the case should be registered if it is sent as SMS.
