The government should submit a report on various government departments and agencies in the state through the IT department in 10 days. DR. SJ Joshi ordered.on Monday, a review meeting was held on government websites and portals in the Secretariat. The meeting was attended by the chief executive of IT department, Jayesh Ranjan, IT Director, Dilip Kalnath and others. There are 265 web sites and portals in various departments in the state, including maintenance and communications modernization, tracking of the rules set by the central government, the use of suitable new technology, mobile friendly approach and other issues. The IT department should serve as an IT service provider for the state government. The CGG should take into account the need for management of web sites, activities to be taken for the government on the date of releasing, template for each website, details of various branches of services, staff, budget, vendor selection etc. Every branch should have a Twitter and Facebook account. The government logo and the chief minister should have a photo. Central government regulations should be followed for maintaining web sites. The state government portal should be central to all branches of web sites. The government will have the details of the prestigious programs, government go's uploading in Telugu
