The reservoir which give employment to the fisherman has gone into the hands of contractors. Taking the Fish and prawns with other districts people, without showing work to the locals.The locals are seriously damaged with this contractors in the surveillance of officers.In the reservoir, shrimp farming is practically irrevocable without any permits.The fish in the Mudramothiram Alagunaru reservoir will be carried out in the fishing department to conduct them. This results in water pollution and fishermen are getting allergic to their feet. No one has the permission to shrimp. Unauthorized fishing and hunting prawns are being driven by the drivers. The prawns are spread over Rs. 500 in open market. The contractor is paying only Rs. 100 for fishermen. They are spoiling their trouble.

Drinking water at Alagunaru reservoir was built to provide irrigated water to the end of the river. Drinking water is also provided to Kadapa district along with the villages of Kundu. The water reservoir is waterproof in summer. Each fisherman uses four kg of coconut every day to hunt shrimp. About 40 kilograms of coconut are used. These four months use 4,800 kg of coconut per month. About 20 tons of coconut is used for four months. This causes the water to become contaminated. Water is contaminated. Shrimp diseases are great. Chemical pesticides are sprayed for their prevention. The chemicals in the water are contaminated. Due to the water pollution, the fisherman's legs are formed.Around 4,585 acres of land at the Alagunaru reservoir, the pond was merged. The tank has ownership of the water community. They have been accused of violating the officers. Fishermen from other districts in Agalanaru reservoir brought fish and shrimp. These districts are being deprived of employment.
