On the other hand, Languishing with lack of teaching and non teaching staff .There are criticisms that Varsity in the teaching and research field may be going to somewhat backward.Officers who said as had the recruitment process on permanent basis to meet the shortage of faculty,But Continuing the University with the contract teaching faculty. There are no non-teaching staff for 12 years in Ohio. Contracts have been replaced by contract employees in vacancies created by promotions in those departments. Faculty appointments were conducted in 1989, 1993 and 1997. Some of the appointments did not replace all posts due to court disputes. In 2007, the vacancies were not replaced in the year 2007.The number of faculties that were sanctioned for the entire 56 departments was 1267. However, the number of posts retained every year and the number of appointments is declining substantially.

At present there are only 585 faculty working on a permanent basis in Oue. Besides, 600 other faculty are working on contract basis. There are 1800 non-teaching staff working in different departments. It affects the student's studies. Competition with permanent teachers in the University and the wages and teachers' wages are low while maintaining the duties. For many years, we are obliged to pay off salaries. In the early days of the Shatabdi festival, the faculty organized hunger strikes before the administrative building. The government responded by urging them to study the skills needed to be employed by the government and the concerned members were dismissed. As a result, assistant professors are continuing with contract faculty. There are up to eight departments who do not have a single professor. There are only faculty in the psychology department for 11 people. Geophysics consists of only 24 posts. Of the 19 people in the Urdu section, only four are functioning.
