IRRIGATION FUNDING TO BE DOUBLED

The irrigation department has begun on allocation of projects in the upcoming Budget. In the latest budget, Rs 25,000 crore is allocated but not Rs 15,000 crore. But 201819 budge proposals have been doubled. Engineers are demanding huge allocations for increased expenses and expiry projects. The Kaleswara Project, which is taking up the government's prestigious role, has been allocated over Rs 10,000 crore for each of the schemes of Palamuram Ranga Reddy. With the election period, water is supposed to be heavy on the pressure engineers to complete the tasks.

The engineers submitted proposals to the UNC in the sense of completing a large budget. There are some more preparation. As part of the redesigning, a number of projects have been heavily modified in the proposals for alignment, storage and storage. The total irrigation budget was Rs 25,000 crore, but now only two projects have gone above this amount. Rs 1099 crore for SRRsagar Stage 2, Rs 1400 crore to SLBC, Rs. Rs 1152 crore, Rs 1,420 crore, Rs 1,150 crore for Kelavkurthy litter, Rs 820 crore for pneumatic loading scheme, Rs 493 crore for paddy and Rs 108 crore for Lendy. Some projects have not yet submitted their proposals. There is no doubt that the current budget will double. The Department of Irrigation will have to wait to see how much of the Department of Finance cuts its proposals.
