Prices of vegetable cultivation are falling and prices are increased. Vegetable prices have risen steadily over the last three days due to a strike by the lorry management. Thus, the common man has  not taken the opportunity to buy vegetables. With the onset of the summer season, the vegetable yields are falling because their prices have raised sharply. Rs 30 for a kilo tomato, Rs 40 for green chillies , Rs 40 for lady's finger, Rs 30 for carrot, Rs 40 for cabbage, Rs 30 for beans, 50 for potatoes, Rs 30 for beetroot, Rs 40 for each vegetable price. The vegetable imports have fallen significantly in the market with the impact of high lows and three-day lorry strike. This led to a sharp rise in prices of vegetables in the market. Green leafy vegetables are also falling. There are also wings for many leafy vegetables such as spinach, horticulture, coriander and so on. The poor and middle class families are not eating vegetables for increased prices. Along with essential commodities, the prices of vegetables are worrying people.
