that he spent 165 days in foreign tours during his four years. Over 30
trips were given to the applicant while the total amount was Rs 355
crores. France, Germany and Canada spent a whopping Rs 31.25 crore,
while the lowest Bhutan tour was worth Rs 2.45 crore.
